The industry was given hearing on 13.07.2016 by this office and decided that the industry shall install ETP within 30 days and provide canopy ant the industry shall not operate D.G set which is without canopy. The industry is engaged in the process of manufacturing of hosiery goods including the process of washing since April 2015. The industry has installed ETP and submitted analysis report of Board's approved lab and results are within limit. The site of industry falls in industrial area. The industry has installed 1 no. baby boiler in which wood is used as fuel and D.G.Set are still without canopy. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, CTO under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry up to 30.09.2019 with special condition that the industry shall not operate the D.G. Set which is without canopy and EE, RO directed to seal the same.
