The application of the industry was scrutinized and observed that:
• The industry has not filled the form completely / properly.
• The name of the partner is not as per patanama submitted.
• The name of the partners in the patanama and that of partnership deed are not in consonance.
• Sale/purchase deed is not submitted.
• The patanama so submitted is valid upto 30.09.2018 only.
• The CA certificate submitted is for approximate cost.
• The lease amount mentioned in the CA certificate is not as per patanama.
• The consent fee under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 is not adequate.
• The detail regarding septic tank alongwith dimensions and feasibility is not submitted.
• The completion certificate regarding septic tank is not submitted.
As such the application of the industry cannot be processed. Therefore, if approved, the application of the industry may be returned with the request to apply afresh after attending the above said observations and to visit this office from 9:00 – 5:00 pm on any working day for any help in the matter. |
