As proposed by JEE, it is recommended that renewal of varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the unit upto 30.09.2021 for processing of paddy @ 1.5 TPH with usual conditions and special conditions that:- 1. The rice sheller continues to abide by the new code of practice notified by Govt. Notification no. 10/48/2004-STE (4) /932 dated. 15/10/2013. 2. There is/ will be no addition in the existing land, machinery and power load of the unit. 3. The industry will provide permanent safe stair case which should be attached to the sampling platform in order to carryout stack sampling. |
