Industry established in 2005 and obtain NOC from the Board, Now EE RO process the consent application for manufacturing of cattle feed and poultry feed, there is no source of effluent. However as per the master plan,Khanna the industry falls in residential area but established before the notification of master plan and can be allow to operate for 10 years, may if apprved consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted upto 30.09.2021 with special condition that the industry shall shift its unit the designated industrial area as per provisions of Master Plan. |
