As decided by the competent authority as on hearing dated 24.01.2017, the industry will comply with all the conditions regarding green belt and providing acoustic enclosure toward the village etc. immediately. 2. The consent case of industry be returned and re-submit the same after compliance of the NOC conditions. 3. The industry will operate the STP regularly & remove the stagnation & remove the bypasses to STP. 4. The industry will utilize the entire trade effluent onto land for plantation. 5. Regional office will collect the samples & submit the report. 6. The industry will apply for consent to operate immediately. If approved case may be returned to the industry. Sir, it is requested that there is no option to return the case to the industry. |
