It is submitted that due to clerical mistake in the note dated 07/03/2017, it was proposed that NOC for establishment of residential colony namely Kohinoor Valley Phase-I in a area of 8.62 acre ( developing 113 Plots) may be granted. Actually, the PP has proposed to develop shopping plaza in the name of Kohinoor Shopping Plaza in an area of 2.843 acres ( 106 Shops) at Majria Akalian Road, Vill. Baran, Patiala-Sirhind Road, Patiala. Therefore, the case is re-submitted for approval for grant of NOC in the name of Kohinoor Shopping Plaza in an area of 2.843 acres ( 106 Shops) at Majria Akalian Road, Vill.
