| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry scrutinized and observed as under:
1) The industry has applied for production of sorted raw rice @2.0 TPD and steamed rice @`1.0 TPH by using paddy @4.5 TPD, whereas earlier, the industry has already been granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for production of sorted raw rice @2.0 TPH and steamed rice @`1.0 TPH by using paddy @4.5 TPH. The industry needs to clarify the observation.
2) The gross fixed assets has been increased from Rs. 112 lacs to Rs. 115. 60 lacs. The industry needs to submit the details regarding above said increase.
3) The industry needs to submit, whether it has applied for obtaining authorization for abstraction of ground water from CGWA.
You are requested to clarify the observations within 2 days. |
