PH was held before Senior Environmental Engineer on 11/05/2017 wherein it was decided as under:- 1. The industry shall install effluent treatment plant within 01 month
2. The Regional Office Jalandhar shall verify the contentions made by the industry regarding DG set.
3. The industry shall submit certificate regarding designation of area in which the industry falls.
4. The Regional Office Jalandhar shall submit the compliance of decision no.1 and submit report accordingly.
EE RO recommended that the present application of the industry may be returned with direction to reapply the same after making the above said compliance please.
