The industry is manufacturing cattle feed since May 2010, located outside lal liker of village more than 500 meter as reported by the SDM Pyal. The industry has provided STP for D.E. and treated effluent discharge onto land for plantation. There is other source of pollution. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, CTO under Water Act, 1974 be granted to the industry up to 30.09.2020 with condition that the industry shall not install any tube-well without prior permission from CGWA. |
