The case is being forwarded with recommendations that:-
a) The consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended up to the period of Six months.
b) The directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued for the de-sealing of the wet section/machinery of the industry for Six months period so that water management can be verify within this period. (Agenda note is attached for kind peruse) |
