The industry is in medium scale and is a dying unit.
it has applied for NOC for replacement of 6 Ton Boiler by 10 Ton as well as some dyeing and washing machinery etc.
As per report of RO there will be increase in production etc.
It is not known as to where the additional steam of 4 Ton is to be used. As may be seen from the noting, the EE RO was requested to examine the case at his own level and submit his own comments and recommendations but even on repeated requests he has not given the same. The case is getting late.
Keeping above in view it is proposed that SCN for refusal of NOC be issued to the industry with hearing before CEE.
