Not attended office regularly after 19-05-2017 due to officer meeting on 20-05-2017, appeals on 22-05-2017 and illness (Jaundice) thereafter. During last week, remained busy in finalizing the files of green bridges, CETP 15 MLD, 40 MLD and 50 MLD etc............... As proposed by Regional Office, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30-09-2021 with special condition that
1) The industry to ensure that there will be no hazardous waste to be produced from the printing section or any other activity. In case, any such waste is produced, the industry will make necessary arrangement for environmentally sound management for same and obtain authorization under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management and Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016, within 15 days.
2) The industry will not provide any submersible pump or any other source of water supply for abstraction of ground water without the permission from the Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA). The industry will obtain the permission of CGWA as and when asked by the said department for the use/abstraction of water as per their requirements. The Board will not be responsible for any lose, in case the CGWA will prohibit the abstraction/use of water on account of non obtaining of such permission.
