Keeping in view of the above report/recommendations of EE, RO, Sangrur, if approve :
- Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2018 with suitable conditions and following specific conditions that:-
1. The industry shall do only milk chilling process and no processing of milk shall be carried out without obtaining prior permission of the Board.
2. The industry shall get its trade effluent samples analyzed from the Board's lab/ approved lab. & submit the analysis report to the Board within two months.
3. The industry shall install water meter on submersible pump used as a source of water supply, within 15 days.
4. The industry shall obtain permission from Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) for abstraction of ground water, as per guidelines issued by CGWA please.
