The industry is lying closed permanently due to off season and is expected to restart in the month of October, 2017. Regional Office has recommended grant of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2017 only i.e. only for three months and during this period sampling can not be carried out.
If approved, the action as proposed by AEE, ZO, BTI may be taken for grant of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2018 with the conditions proposed by him.
