Sir Note is attached for kind perusal please. May if approved, the industry be granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 up to 30/09/2026 subject to suitable conditions and additional following conditions.
1. The brick kiln shall execute the excavation of brick earth in Hadbast No. 282 and in Khasras no. 830(4-0), 831(4-0), 832(4-0), 833(4-0), 835(4-0) of the revenue estate of village Khijar Garh, Tehsil Banur, Distt. SAS Nagar.
2. The industry shall comply with all the conditions of environment clearance obtained by the industry.
