EE, RO reported that the industry is complying with Board circular no. 478 dated 20.07.2010 regarding use of pet coke in boiler (copy Attached) i.e The industry has installed SO2 meter & pH meter and also installed flow meter and pressure gauge at the outlet of the pump used to supply the scrubbing liquor. The industry has also provided stack height measuring 33 meter. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, varied CTO under Water Act, 1974 be granted to the industry up to 31.03.2022 |
