The application was scrutinized & found that:-
1. The application of the industry is incomplete/incorrect such as column no.13 & details of water extraction, consumption & waste water generation are also incorrect in the application.
2. The industry has not submitted all the requisite documents with application form such as land proof, CLU/DTP, prop./partnership deed, etc. as the industry is applying online for first time.
Now the industry has again applied for CTO online & the application of the industry was scrutinize & found that:
1. The application of the industry is again incomplete/incorrect as the industry has not filled the all requisite columns such as raw material, product etc. & details of water extraction, consumption & waste water generation are also incorrect in the application.
2. The industry has again not submitted all the requisite documents with application form such as land proof, CLU/DTP, prop./partnership deed, etc. as the industry is applying online for first time.
In view of above observations, the application of the industry is incomplete hence it is recommended that the application may be returned with request to submit the same after rectifying above observation.
