It is submitted that Regional Office has forwarded the case for grant of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 to the plaza as per the details mentioned in the agenda note. The agenda note has been examined & observed as under:-
1. The applicant has applied for consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 from the Board and has submitted all the requisite documents such as C.A certificate showing gross fixed assets of the plaza as Rs. 85.13 lac, copy of change of land use issued by the Municipal Corporation, Moga vide no. 1303 dated 10.04.2015 (copy attached), feasibility report/completion drawing of STP, copy of revenue record, copy of partnership deed. The applicant has deposited RS. 28,000/- vide R. No.10/5062 & 11/5062 dt. 06.06.2017 as water and air consent fee and is adequate for a period upto 30.09.2021.
2. The applicant has also deposited Rs. 4700/- vide R. No. 12/5062 dated 06.06.2017 as NOC regularization fee and is adequate
The plaza was visited by the officer of the Board on 16.06.2017 and it was observed that : -
1. The plaza has installed sewage treatment plant for treatment of its domestic effluent and was in operation. The plaza has made provision to discharge the treated domestic effluent onto land for irrigation/plantation.
2. The plaza has installed has 02 number canopy based D.G sets of capacity 82 KVA & 125 KVA within its premises. Stack of adequate height has also been provided with these D.G sets.
3. The plaza has complied with the provisions of the Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981
If approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the plaza for a period upto 30.09.2021 subject to the suitable conditions alongwith the special condition that the plaza will get its effluent sample analyzed from Board's lab within two months.
