Keeping in view of the above report/recommendations of EE, RO, Sangrur, if approved :
- The industry may be granted consents to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 22/11/2018 (as allowed by STP, Patiala vide letter no. 144 dated 13/02/2017) for manufacturing of Hot Mix concrete @ 1000 MTD. (Bitumen Carpet @ 500 Metric Tonnes/Day Dense Bitumen Macadam @ 500 Metric Tonnes/Day) with suitable conditions and following special conditions:-
1. The industry will not install any tube well or energized source for abstraction of ground water without obtaining permission from the Central Ground Water Authority.
2. The water required for domestic use shall be drawn through hand pump as per the undertaking submitted by the industry.
3. The industry shall obtain permission for abstraction of ground water as per guidelines issued by the Central Ground Water Authority.
4. The industry shall get the performance of APCD monitored from Board's lab /Approved lab. within one month from date of its commissioning and shall submit the analysis report to the Board please. |
