Earlier, the case was returned to industry as the industry has uploaded MTP MC Jalandhar letter no. 231 dated 24-4-2017 regarding classification of area, however name of the industry has not been mentioned in the certificate, it was not clear whether the certificate issued for unit no. 1 or unit no. 2 of the industry and its location as the NOC was applied for unit no.2. Accordingly the case was returned. The Industry has now again applied for CTE for the establishment of a new unit at Wariana Industrial Complex, Sangal Sohal Road, Adjoining Leather Complex, Jalandhar for the manufacturing of Casting of valves @ 3200 kgs/day. The industry has obtained the CLU from the MTP, Jalandhar vide its letter no. 231/MTP dated 24.04.2017 wherein it is mentioned that the industry falls in Wariyana industrial Complex. The industry has also submitted MTP, Jalandhar letter no. 239/MTP dated 02.06.2017 mentioning the khasra no. which matches with the khasra no. of registry of land. The industry has proposed to install 2 nos induction furnace of capacity 0.5 TPH and 0.1 TPH with common bag filter house as APCD. The industry has also proposed a D.G set of capacity 48 KVA with canopy. The site of industry was visited by AEE on 11.5.2017 and observed that there is no house within the periphery of 100 mtrs. The site is suitable for proposed unit. The industry has constructed the boundary wall, main gate and industrial shed. No machinery has been installed yet. If approved that consent to establish/NOC may be granted to the industry for one year with condition that the industry shall obtain permission from CGWA for extraction of ground water.(Comp. SEE) |
