RO has intimated that the Residential Colony was granted ‘Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle on 03/11/2016, up to 30/06/2017. Now, the Project proponent has applied for extension in validity of Consent to establish (NOC) of the Board. The project Proponent has deposited as NOC extension fee, which is valid for a period of One year . The site was visited on 22/06/2017 and observed that:- 1. No houses have been occupied yet. Only four houses were under construction at the site. 2. The Project Proponent has almost completed the work regarding development activity like laying of road, street lights, water supply & sewerage services. 3. The work regarding construction of STP has not been started yet . RO has recommend that the validity of Consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be extended for further one year with conditions already imposed at the time of granting NOC and special condition that the project proponent shall install STP simultaneously along with progress of its construction activities.
It is proposed that extension in validity of NOC be granted for further one year as recommended by RO please.
