The applicant is requested to please submit the following documents so as to enable this office to proceed further in the matter:
1) The applicant has not submitted the certificate of lal lakir signed and authenticated by the SDM, Mohali with regard to the establishment of the hot mix plant incorporating the siting guidelines as mentioned in the notification issued by the Board vide letter no. Admn/SA-2/F.No 178/99/03 dated 26.04.1999 available on the website of the Punjab Pollution Control Board.The applicant is required to submit the same.
2) The applicant is required to submit the permission for the change of land use from the Competent Authority |
