As latest sampling has not been made, consents may be extended upto 30-09-2018 with condition that the Regional Office will make a fresh sampling of the effluent within 1 month and give further recommendations. Further, the decision regarding operation/non-operation of ETP will be dealt separately and will be binding on the project proponent. Regional Office to prepare a agenda note for placing before the core committee as already decided by the Competent Authority.
