The industry is a large scale dyeing unit and granted CTO under Water/Air Act with validity up to 31.03.2019. Then the industry obtained NOC for modernization which is valid up to 15.09.2017. Now EE, RO process the varied consent application of the industry and reported that the industry has complying with conditions of NOC/consent to operate granted to the industry. The industry discharges T.E. @ 600 KLD onto land for plantation in an area of 6.25 acre and EE, RO reported that the area is adequate and the industry achieve the effluent standards as analyzed by Board on 25.05.2017. The industry has 2 no. boilers out of which 1 no. stand by. The industry has installed individual multi cyclone which further connected to double stage alkali scrubber and achieve the emission standards. The industry has installed online meters for parameter pH, TDS, DO & Temperature. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, CTO under Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry up to 31.03.2022 |
