| Clarification Note: |
The case of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under: -
1. The industry has submitted in its letter dated nil that it has dismantled the second line and there is addition in the existing line to enhance the paddy processing capacity to 4.5 TPH. But, as per the policy of the Board, the industry is required to submit a certificate regarding the rice sheller is outside M.C. limits of Patiala for the said expansion.
2. The industry has not given the detail of the machinery added in the existing line to enhance its production capacity of the shelling line of 3.0 TPH.
You are requested to clarify the above said observations within two days, so that the application can be processed further. |
