The application of the industry was scrutinized and observed as under: 1) The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 18.03.2015, but needs to submit the latest CA certificate indicating value of gross fixed assests, so as to adjudge the consent fee required under the Water Act,1974 and the Air Act,1981. The clarification was raised to industry to clarify the above said observations, within two days, but it has failed to submit any reply in this office, so far. If approved, application may be returned to industry, to reapply the online application, after complying with said observations. |
