In view of above mentioned facts, it is recommended that consent to establish NOC may be granted to the Project Proponent for establishment of M/s Milestone Smart Senior Secondary School at Village Inderpura, Tehsil & Distt. Patiala with suitable conditions and following suitable condition that:- 1. The Project proponent as per the undertaking given will not construct any borewell without obtaining the necessary permission from the Distt. Administrative Head cum Nodal officer, Distt. Advisory Committee (Groundwater), Patiala and shall comply with the CGWA guidelines. 2. The project proponent as per the undertaking given will obtain the necessary permission for ground water, to be used for domestic purposes, either from the Department of Irrigation and Canals (Punjab), Patiala OR from the District Administrative Head cum Nodal officer, Distt. Advisory Committee (Groundwater), Patiala for their education institute (School) before starting any construction activities at site. 3. The Project proponent as per the undertaking given shall use the treated waste water available from common STP’s at Patiala after making an agreement with them and will not use the groundwater for construction activities of their proposed site. |
