The project proponent has not filled complete application form and various fields filled are incorrect, C.A. Certificate and site plan submitted is not proper, has not submitted mandatory fee, completion certificate of pollution control devices NOC from the Municipal Corporation, Pathankot/competent authority, proof of date of commissioning, plan showing location of ETP and all outlets and various channels/pipes/sewers with requisite colors.
In view of the above, application is returned back being incomplete. |
