The agency has applied for consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 for operation of D.G. Set alongwith bill of D.G. Set showing value of D.G. Set but the agency has not submitted C.A. Certificate regarding its gross fixed asset value. The matter was discussed with Officers of others ROs and they have returned the case to the agency with request to apply on performa prescribed by the Board for D.G. Sets.
If approved, the case may be returned to the agency along with performa prescribed by the Board for applying of consent under Air Act, 1981 for operation of D.G. Sets with request to apply the consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 on said performa.
