The case of the industry was scrutinized and visited by this office on 06.07.2017 and it has been observed that:-
1. The industry is required to submit fresh certificate regarding the location of the industry viz a viz M.C. limits and lal lakir of the Village as the NOC expansion granted to the industry on 15.06.2007 holds no relevance as on date.
2. The industry is required to submit building plan approved by competent authority.
3. The industry is required to submit NOC regularization fee on increase in the cost of gross value of fixed assets.
You are required to remove the above discrepancies within two days.
