It is submitted that as per record of this office the marriage palace was issued show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer vide Board's letter no. 3128-29 dated 16.06.2017 on 30.06.2017 and the decisions of the same are awaited in this office.
In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be decided after co-relating with the decisions of the hearing dated 30.06.2017 please.
