It is submitted that the show cause notice for refusal of consents under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 was issued to the industry vide this office letter 2162 dated 03/07/2017 on hard copy. But, the industry has failed any reply of the show cause notice for refusal of consents under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981, so far. Further, the industry was visited by undersigned along with JEE of this office on 11/07/2017 and it was observed that the industry is manufacturing only Plastic rolls & packing material by using Virgin Plastic dana as a raw material. If approved clarification may be raised to the industry with request to submit affidavit regarding that the industry will manufacture only plastic roll & packing material. |
