The industry was granted CTO under Water/Air up to 15.06.2017 with special condition that the industry shall not procure/process any H.W. without obtaining actual user certificate. Now EE, RO process the consent application under Water/Air Act and reported that the industry has not started its operation and also stated that the industry is complying with conditions of consents granted to it earlier. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, CTO under Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry for further 6 month with special condition the industry will not procure or process any hazardous waste without obtaining actual user certificate. |
