The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. As reported by Regional Office, the total production capacity of liquid pesticides has reached to 20 TPD, but it has mentioned that consent be granted for manufacturing liquid formulations for 5 MTD. Moreover, the industry is not having adequate land to utilized its treated domestic effluent/ trade effluent. Further, the monitoring of the air emissions has not been carried out as per MoEF notification no. GSR 446(E) dated 13/06/2017. If approved, the case be return to Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, SAS Nagar with request to first get the compliance from the industry as above and thereafter process the case on merits, please.
