Kindly peruse the note dated 18/07/2017 vide which RO has reported that 1. The industry was in operation and was engaged in manufacturing of plastic industrial packaging material from virgin plastic granules and printing of the same. 2. The industry has installed one no. extruding machine, two no. printing machine and two no. sealing/cutting machine. 3. The industry has installed one no. D.G. Set of capacity 125 KVA without canopy which was in intact position. 4. Empty containers of chemicals used for printing process were not stored in environmentally sound manner. In view of the above the case may be forwarded to Zonal Office, Amritsar with recommendations to issue show cause notice for refusal of the consent.
Industry has failed to store the empty containers of chemical used for printing process in scientific manner. if approved, SCN for refusal of consent may be issued. |
