As RO reported that, the certificate issued by the Assistant Town planner vide letter no. 972 dated 29.10.2014, the site falls in the residential zone and it is constructed before the notifying of the local planning area of the Jalandhar. The permission to operate the unit has been granted by the Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar with the condition that the industry will shift its unit to the industrial zone within 10 years after the notifying of the master plan. However, RO has not reported the verification of operation of industry from july 2016 to Dec 2016 through electricity bills. If approved case may be sent to RO for compliance of same |
