Sir, it is submitted that a condition was imposed in the earlier consent granted to the industry that the industry will submit a letter issued by the CGWA/CGWB to tits claim to the effect that the site of the industry falls in safe zone or shall submit permission of CGWA/CGWB if the industry does not fall in the safe zone, for abstraction of groundwater.
However, the industry has not submitted the same.
May if approved, the validity of consent granted be extended for a shorter period i.e. upto 6 months subject to special condition that the industry shall obtain permission from CGWA for abstraction of groundwater and submit a copy of the same to this office, within 03 months. |
