The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:-
1. The details of water consumption and wastewater generation filled in application do not seem in consonance with the details mentioned in feasibility report submitted by the industry.
2. The industry has not mentioned the total land area/ built up area in application.
3. The industry has not submitted the details of flow measuring device
4. The industry has not submitted the details of solid waste generation.
5. The industry has mentioned in its application the date of commissioning as April 2005, whereas as per GMDIC registration the date of commissioning was mentioned as 26/07/1989, which seems contradictory. The industry is required to submit the adequate proof regarding date of commissioning, so as to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee.
6. The industry has not mentioned the cost of land/ lease amount in the CA certificate.
7. The industry has not mentioned details regarding mode of disposal of treated trade as well as domestic wastewater in application.
8. The industry has not submitted the permission of MC regarding establishment & operation of its industrial unit within MC limit.
9. The industry has not submitted classification of area from the competent authority in which industrial unit has been established.
10. The industry has not submitted the permission of competent authority to the effect that how long the industrial unit can be operated within the existing area.
11. As per observations during visit on 01/08/2017 by this office, it has been mentioned that the industry has installed two no. furnaces, but same has not been mentioned in application.
If approved, consent application of the industry may be returned to the industry, as it has failed to submit abovesaid documents.
