Discussed with worthy CEE on 27.9.2017 and it was asked to mention with respect to distance to be maintained by the industry as per the guidelines of the CPCB for poultry farm. As per CPCB guideline for poultry farm vide letter dated 20.10.2015. The siting criteria for new poultry farm is as under:
"The poultry farm should not be located within 500 mtr from near by poultry, dairy or another livestock enterprises or industry".
It is further added here that these guidelines have been circulated among all the officers by SEE(HQ-2) vide letter no; 46346-74 dated 23.11.2015 for information and compliance.
