While scrutinized the case it has been observed that following special conditions were imposed while granting the previous consent:-
(1) The industry will install the adequate Pollution Control arrangements to control the process emissions.
(2) The industry will apply the registration under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.
(3) The compliance report submitted by the industry is also not in annotated form and proper.
But industry neither submitted the detail regarding arrangements provided to control the process emissions nor apply for the registration under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.
You are, therefore, requested to do the needful in this regard and submit your reply within 2 days. |
