It is submitted that the industry is engaged in powder coating including acid pickling process. The plating section was mentioned in the agenda due to a clerical error. As a pickling unit, the industry has installed water meter with the pickling section. The industry has also submitted copy rent deed issued the stamp vendor Sh. Jagjit Singh vide no. 6235 dated 15.08.2005, which shows that the unit is running at the site since 15.08.2005. The rent deed is also attested by notary Ludhiana on 15.08.2017 (copy enclosed).
In view of above, the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be considered for grant please.
