As proposed / recommended, the project proponent is hereby granted the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, upto 30.06.2019, subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions:
1. The industry shall ensure that no pollution is caused in the area due to operation of the mining site and due to movements of vehicles.
2. The industry shall carry out mining only in 0.57 hectares of land area in Khasra nos. 26/4 and 26/7, located in the revenue estate of village Khanpur Khaddar, Sub Tehsil Banur, Tehsil & Distt. Distt. SAS Nagar, i.e. the land area for which Environmental clearance was granted to the GM-cum-Mining Officer, DIC, SAS Nagar by the SEIAA vide no. SEIAA/M.S./2015/825 letter dated 07/02/2015, and if found violating then, action will be taken by the Mining Deptt.
3. The industry shall construct septic tank as and when they construct toilets at the site of the project.
4. GM, Mining may be asked for the demarcation of the area for which environmental clearance has been granted / transferred. |
