The detailed agenda note is attache herewith alongwith the recommendations that extension in the validity of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for operation of rice sheller to manufacture raw rice / sorted rice @ 2 TPH without dryer for a period upto 30.09.2018, subject to the suitable conditions along-with the specific condition that the industry will get its air emission sample analyzed from the Board’s Lab/approved Lab of the Board in the coming paddy season i.e. 2017-18. |
