| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case, it has been observed that:-
(1) The industry has not submitted the proper compliance reports in annotated form of previous consent conditions granted under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, as only noted & agreed has been written in front of each condition, which serves no purposes, hence, the industry is required to submit the point wise proper compliance report in annotated form.
(2) The industry has not submitted the dimensional drawings of APCD provided with the drier section.
(3) Certificate from competent authority regarding location outside the municipal limits of nearest municipal bodies has not been submitted.
You are, therefore, requested to submit the same within 2 days positively. |
