The application of the restaurant has been scrutinized and found that the restaurant has not submitted the land documents of the site, the competent authority approved building plan, Partnership deed/ MOA / License agreement, inadequate consent fee that cannot make adequate up to 30/9/2022, the permission from competent authority for the mode of disposal. Hence, the clarification was raised to reply within 02 days but the applicant has not replied within the permitted days.
If approved, the application may be returned back. |
