I was on leave on 18-10-2017 and there were public holiday from 19-10-2017 to 22-10-2017......................... The documents submitted with the applications have been examined and it has been observed that
1) The document/vat no. submitted as a proof of date of commissioning submitted by the industry is issued under name and style of M/s Mohit Fastners, 10046, Kot Mangal Singh Chowk, Ludhiana whereas the industry has applied for consents under name and style of M/s Mohit Fastners, Vill. Gobindgarh, Opp. Railway Crossing, Near Shiv Mandir, Ludhiana.
2) The industry has not submitted any document from DTP/Competent Authority certifying that the area is in industrial area/industrial zone. The industry has submitted receipt copy from Municipal Corporation. Further, the address of the factory has been mentioned as B-30, Jugiana, Ludhiana whereas the application has been filed under the address as Vill. Gobindgarh, Opp. Railway Crossing, Near Shiv Mandir, Ludhiana. Moreover, the name of plot owner is mentioned as Ms. Renu Balla w/o Sh. Bhagwan Dass. She is neither the proprietor nor applicant in the application filed by the industry. The industry is required to submit a clear cut certificate from the Competent Authority (DTP/Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana) with proper address under which application has been filed and confirming that the site falls under the industrial zone as per the Master Plan, Ludhiana.
3) Regional Office has not reported as to whether sampling arrangement has been provided with the oil fired furnace and status of sampling report if any submitted by industry or got done by the Board.
If approved, show cause notice with hearing may be issued to the industry before your good self and RO may be requested to clarify w.r.t 3) above please. |
