Vide Board's office orders no. 407 dated 10/10/2013 the competent authority of the Board has decided to delegate the powers to grant/refusal of Consent to establish (NOC)/Consent to operate and to issue/sign notice to these companies for installation of towers as well as D.G. set (at the site of tower) to Environmental Engineer (HQ-II), Patiala.
May if approved the application be returned back with request to apply for consent to operate under both Acts in the office of Environmental Engineer (HQ-II), Patiala at Head Office.
