The industry is manufacturing of cycle parts including the process of casting etc. The industry has installed 3 no. aluminium melting furnaces and provided hood and adequate stack height. The industry is commission in year Jan. 2015 and installed submersible without approval of CGWA and the industry located in notified area. EE, RO reported that the industry has submitted receipts of M.C. Ldh. From Jan 2010 to March 2018. Considering the receipts EE, RO reported that the submersible installed before 2010 i.e. before the notification of CGWA. There is no source of T.E. and D.E. discharge into sewer. May if approved, show cause notice for refusal of consents under Water/Air Act be issued to the industry with opportunity of personal hearing. |
