It is intimated that earlier the application of the industry returned due to in-completions as below:-
(1) Earlier, M/s Partap International, E-534, Phase-6, Focal Point, Ludhiana was operational at the premises and was granted consents of the Board which are valid upto 30.06.2020, but as per latest application the industry has applied under the name and style of M/s Priya Industries, E-534, Phase-6, Focal Point, Ludhiana, which needs clarification…………...
(2) The industry has submitted CA certificate only mentioning plant & machinery Rs. 2.24 Lacs but the industry is required to submit CA certificate with detail of land & building, plant & machinery and other fixed assets. …………………
(3) The industry has submitted the manufacturing process under the name and style of M/s Partap International, E-534, Phase-6, Focal Point, Ludhiana. But the industry has applied consents under the name & style of M/s Priya Industries, E-534, Phase-6, Focal Point, Ludhiana……………Now, the industry has resubmitted the application through OCMMS. Now, the industry has submitted the reply intimating that M/s Partap Internantional is closed and site is given on rent to M/s PRIYA INDUSTIRES..However, the industry has not submitted the documents as mentioned in point no2 and 3.................Hence, the application could not be processed by this office in the absence of aforesaid documents. In view of above if approved the application may b e returned to t he industry from your goodself ID as same could not be returned from my ID, please. |
