It is submitted that the industry has submitted report dt. 25.10.2017 from Tehsildar, Sri Muktsar Sahib (copy enclosed) but the Khasra numbers are not as per the DTP vide letter no. 1421 dt. 22.07.2016 report. Both reports are contradictory to each other and as such it cannot be verified the location of industry. The revenue authority reported that the approach of industry is more than 16 feet.
The industry was visited on 31.10.2017 and it was observed as under -
1. The industry was not in operation.
2. The industry has provided wall of height 7 feet around husk storage area and further raise the height of sheets from 6 feet to 8 feet on the said wall. The length of sheets has also been increased to make adequate.
3. The industry has provided the brick paving on vehicle movement area.
Keeping in view the above, it is recommended that consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be refused as the industry has failed to submit the proper revenue area of the industry located in industrial zone.
